Ecobank Côte d’Ivoire recrute un(e) Chef(fe) de division implémentation et support H/F en 𝗖𝗗𝗜 au sein de la Direction du Cash Management.

Le/la Chef(fe) de division implémentation met en en œuvre la stratégie de développement des ventes et de la vulgarisation des produits au travers le développement, paramétrage et déploiement des solutions de produits électroniques bancaires pour entreprises (CIB et CMB).

Il/elle assure également les activités de Business Développement, Innovation, Digitales et gouvernement.

Il s’agit d’un poste pays/filiale (avec quelques activités régionales). Le poste implique une interaction constante avec les clients pour générer et structurer des transactions, avec les acteurs en interne principalement les LAM, RAM, GAM, le Ops & Tech, avec eProcess, avec les collègues de la filiale et de la zone UEMOA et d’autres parties prenantes pour le développement et les revues du business.

A ce titre, ses missions principales seront les suivantes :
– Superviser les activités de Client Access & Implementation (Implémentation, Paramétrage, déploiement de solutions, service d’intégration) ;
– Assurer les activités de Business Development et Innovation ;
– Accroître le portefeuille clients utilisant les services à valeur ajoutée en matière de Cash Management et de produits électroniques ;
– Configurer et paramétrer, déployer et vulgariser le déploiement des produits électroniques existants de la banque (OMNI, BankCollect, TPE, Web Acquiring, Ecobank Pay, SWIFT MT 940, …) ;

– Faire des formations pour les clients et les gestionnaires de compte, organiser des forums et des workshops pour identifier et maximiser les opportunités/solutions ;
– Gérer de façon proactive les nouveaux et les clients existants pour assurer une part de marché croissante à la banque ;
– Contribuer à la haute disponibilité des systèmes électroniques bancaires ;
– Participer à l’accroissement des revenus en commission Cash Management.

💼Profil recherché :
– BAC+4/5 en informatique/Gestion/Banque ;
– Au moins 10 ans d’expériences en entreprise et au moins 5 ans dans un rôle similaire ;
– Bonne connaissance des systèmes informatiques et des produits digitaux ;
– Bonne Expérience des Produits et Opérations bancaires et des moyens de paiements locaux existants ;
– Gestion de projets ;
– Bonne connaissance de produits du Cash Management Être Bilingue (Anglais/Français) serait un avantage compétitif.
